BOWLATHON, Eastern’s popular scholarship fundraiser, is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Willi Bowl on Route 6 in North Windham.

The BOWLATHON has become an annual tradition involving the Eastern community, alumni, local businesses and the general public. While Eastern employees and local residents battle it out for pledges and pins, the real winners of this high-spirited event are the students who receive scholarships from the event’s proceeds.

Students, faculty and staff, alumni and area businesses are encouraged to send teams to participate in the BOWLATHON. Each team consists of four bowlers; each bowler must raise a minimum of $30 to bowl. Pledge sheets, team registration forms and business sponsorship forms are located on-line. Please note: Business-sponsored teams must enter as “Striker” level sponsors ($300) or higher. Please return your Team Registration and Sponsor forms to The ECSU Foundation at the address below. Pledge forms and pledge money must be turned in by March 1, 2013.
