High School: Four-year member of lacrosse and  football programs.. three-year starter in lacrosse…played lacrosse under head coach Bill Rentiers, who lettered two seasons at Eastern under former head coach Rick McCarthy in 1998 and 1999 and played on the first post-season tournament team (ECAC in 1999) in Eastern history… also wrestled for two years… two-time second-team team All-State selection and team MVP senior year… as senior captain, scored 18 goals and 2 assists…
