Or you may want to consider Study Abroad http://www.easternct.edu/internationalstudyabroad/index.html in another country for a semester or a year.

Global Field Course to Hungary: Summer 2013

The Nazi Aftermath in Central Europe: History, the Media, and the Holocaust

HIS/COM 475 (1-credit)

Approximate Cost: $2925

Professor César D. Beltran (Communications) will be leading a group of students to Budapest in the heart of Central Europe.

When:May 28 - June 10, 2013

Where: Budapest, Hungary

Course Objective: To investigate how the

present-day Hungarian media represents the Holocaust

What to Expect: 

Lectures held at the Budapest campus of McDaniel College and given by specialists from renowned European academic Institutions.

Visits to the state-run television network, Budapest's Jewish Quarter, the Dohany Street Synagogue.

An overnight excursion to the Nazi concentration camp located in Mauthausen, Austria.
